Many Snowy Owls (approximately one every 5-6 km) were seen on tundra during flight by helicopter along Faddeevsky and Kotelny islands. Numerous flocks of waterfowl (several hundred) were seen on the lakes at the north of Zemlya Bunge between Faddeevsky and Kotelny islands.
